Frame Check Service: This service is offered to give you full peace of mind. It will ensure that your timber frame structure has been erected correctly and in accordance with the design specifications. Our engineers will visit your site during various stages of construction. As part of the service, they will produce a comprehensive written report complete with digital images, outlining all areas that require attention. Frame Check and Structural Calculation checks can be carried out even if your timber frame structure has been designed by others. |

NHBC Certification: We are registered NHBC timber frame certifiers. We can provide certificates for NHBC registered builders as well as Self Builders on the 'Solo scheme'. |

Builders Timber Check Service: Usually offered on traditional brick & block construction for volume house builders. We can check your existing house plans to ensure that timber roofs & floors are designed to the most economical solution. A check is carried out by our engineers to ensure the design complies with British Standards, Euro codes, NHBC Standards and Robust Details. By rationalizing your design, significant savings can usually be achieved on material and labour costs. Substantial gains can be made when costs are multiplied over several house types. |
